From my favorite Spanish blog: Teresa of Speaking in Silver disagrees with a local city council's pamphlet that assumes people are going to use drugs anyway and so promotes using them "safely." This 'if you can't beat them, join them' philosophy has stopped people from asking a better question: Is this good or is this bad? (Use Babelfish if you can't read Spanish.)
